Grant Award Reporting Forms
The Community Foundation aspires to keep the community and our donors informed about the benefits generated from the grants we make. Grantee reports help tell the stories of our communities. The grant report is used to capture information to help us communicate your work to the larger community.
Completed grant reports should be e-mailed to Holly, email@example.com in the form of a single PDF by no later than the report deadline specified on the grant terms and conditions form that was enclosed with your grant award. Please use the following forms to complete your interim and final grant reports, respectively:
If you have questions about these forms or are unsure of your report deadline, please contact Holly Stickles, Programs & Donor Services Manager: firstname.lastname@example.org.
A Quick Internet Reference Guide for Non-profit Organizations

The Community Foundation of Southeastern Massachusetts has developed a compendium of Internet sites to provide information technology tools to increase strategically the capacity of non-profit services. The Internet sites listed here, although not comprehensive, offer a suite of information and services. We hope you find them beneficial.
